High - Low Dresses and Skirts!

Hi there fashionista friends! :) CiCi (AKA Alicia) here, thanks for coming! Keep on reading because you won't regret learning more about something that you think you're an expert at, hate, or love! No worries, I have mixed emotions as well. High-low skirts and dresses can be too loose, overwhelming, or just not your style. With a little help from me, you will be back to walking the streets in style during no time -- in a high-low skirt/dress! :)

High - Low Skirts

Above is a perfect example of an outfit idea for a high-low skirt! You can add wedges, earrings, and a nice, bright clutch! To pull off this look, be sure to have at least 3 accessories, just like in every oufit. Some bangles, earrings, and a bright clutch are great! You can also add some touchy eyeliner and maybe a necklace as desired! Be sure to include a simple tank, white, black, or gray. This will balance out the simple and bright colors, perfect for spring! Be sure to have (prefferibly black) wedged, high platform heels and a perfect nail design. Have fun and be you!

The Following Rules:
  • Don't wear lots of the same color.
  • Stick on 3-6 main colors in the outfit.
  • Add at least 3 accessories!
  • Be yourself and have fun!
  • Know if you want a high-low skirt, dress, or both.
  • Make sure you are wearing a simple top.
  • Don't go one-shouldered -- this can be overwhelming.
  • Don't be afraid to wear it!
  • Try wearing large platform heels.
  • Know that you can wear these on fancy or casual occasions!

Outfit Idea :)

I adore the example above! It includes dangly necklaces, bangles, feather earrings, and heels -- totally me! You can make it your own style simply by just adding a belt (shown above) or mixing and matching colors, both of which you should do. To pull off the look above, wear a high-low dress, one color, above the knee in the front, and one solid color, prefferibly black, white, or gray. You can also make it strapless as desired! Add patterned heels, a small bow, bangles, feathered earrings, necklaces, and a nice, one-colored tote for a fab finish!

The Following Rules:
  • You can be casual or fancy!
  • Be you and have fun!
  • Add at least 3 accessories.
  • Add some heels and a necklace, at definite least.
  • Stick to 3 or 4 main colors.
  • Know what colors you want.
  • Focus on what season and the trends currently!
  • Practice walking in heels.
  • Don't carry a purse around just for the accessory.
Don't be afraid to try new things. This means style, not just food! Think of me if you need anything. Your life is a fashion show, and the world is your runway, so don't be afraid to work it, have fun, and be you! TTYL <3

Thank you for this amazing idea!

P.S: I would like to read here an article about school outfits, 'couse summer is gone:( For example, i love skinny colored jeans, and, worn with a pair of converse, some funky acessories and a simple t-shirt - they are a fashion icon!

    Really love you,
    Maria:*
