You can wear these with ankle-high boots, heels, flats, anything. You can add a colorful belt and much more. White is not a bright color, but the great thing about it is that you can add fantastic bright colors to the outfit! You can add a printed scarf, colorful belt, bold boots, a simple hat, and much more. I am not sure where you can get these but probably lots of stores in your community.
