2- Loads of fruits, veggies, nuts, rice and eggs will help your skin.
Don't forget to drink lots of water to keep your skin glowing and yourself hydrated!
Foods such as these are great for your skin and you will see lots of improvement in your skin as well as your health.
3- Always wear sunscreen, sunglasses and a hat when you go out in the sun.
Simply eating fruits, veggies and nuts won't just help your skin from keeping you safe, including the vitamins. Even if you have darker skin, it is vital to wear sunscreen. There is no need to apply a whole chunk of sunscreen every day, just as much as needed. It is also a good idea to wear lip balm as well, on a rainy or insanely hot day. What I do is put some lip balm on right after I get out of the shower in the morning. If you don't take a shower in the morning, you can do it when you wash your face, which is a huge thing to do in life, wash your face. I immediately put four dots of sunscreen on my face. One on my forehead, one on each check, and one on my chin. I don't use lots at all, just enough to keep it healthy. I also put on lots of chap stick and carry it with me in public every day right there in my back pocket.
4- Treat your skin. Buy an appropriate soap/cleanser for your face and your skin type.
Make sure you avoid harsh chemicals and wash your face 2-3 times a day. Don't slather on a huge amount of moisturizer everyday, just put on enough to keep your skin shining and beautiful. If you are under 12, it may be a good idea to skip the daily cleanser and simply wash your face with soap and water, remember to rinse well before and after! If you are in a hurry, remember that it is still very important to wash your face and you can always do this in the shower. This may seem ineffective, but water is a very good cleanser. You can use hot or lukewarm water for certain skin types. Remember to moisturize afterwards and always wash your hands before you wash your face. You should wash your face in the morning and at night at the least amount. You can also wash your face in the middle of the day or after school or/and being in public.
Thanks for listening to what I have to say and I hope you like it! You will have a lot more confidence in your skin and yourself so have a great day!
